Our Story:
From the outset, our focus has been on producing food
products of exceptional quality to address the growing demands of the market. Flour
products were our first offerings, and the outstanding quality of our Al-Ghazal
flour quickly earned it a reputation as a cherished staple in Jordanian
households, becoming an integral part of the country's culinary heritage.
Our journey has been marked by significant milestones and
challenges, with each step forward bringing advancements in production
techniques and product expansion. In 1967, we established the first pasta
factory in the Middle East, introducing a wide range of pasta shapes and varieties
to the market.
As our company grew, so did our ambitions. In 1983, we launched a snacks factory aimed at
bringing joy to children, using the finest raw materials and state-of-the-art
technologies to ensure product safety and quality.
In 2009, the legacy of our founders’ vision continued with the
establishment of a new plant for Specialty Flour. This facility now produces a
diverse range of baking enhancers, bread and cake mixes, and specialty flours,
further expanding our product portfolio.
Over the past 75 years, we have remained steadfast in our
commitment to achieving and maintaining excellence by adopting the latest
technologies and equipment. Today, we are proud
to be recognized as a leading player in the food industry, continually
expanding our reach while focusing on sustainability and quality.
