Wheat flour milling represents the backbone of The Modern Flour Mills and Macaroni Factories Co. Operating since 1949, the flour milling division currently has a grinding capacity of 250 Metric Tons per day.
The company offers a full spectrum of wheat flour products, from the market leading AL Ghazal Brand 1.5kg Retail Pack, to 50kg packed industrial varieties.

The Flour Mill is supported by a fully equipped rheological and chemical analysis laboratory, designed for Quality Control and Research & Development operations.
